Within each unit you will find our “Blue Book” in which you will find all of our required House Rules & Regulations printed on yellow paper.  These rules are also available on our website under the "Our Documents" tab.
 
Below we have highlighted portions of the rules most applicable to residents and guests.
 
Upon arrival, please check in at the office and introduce yourself to our staff.  We also ask that you please take the time to familiarize yourself with these rules to help prevent any misunderstandings pertaining to our condominium operations.
 
Unit occupancy in absence of owner: 4 persons, or 6 persons in a three-bedroom unit.
 
Pool:

• Pool hours are 9:00 AM to dusk.  No night swimming.

• A shower is required prior to entering the pool. (The shower is located inside the chickee hut next to the pool rules sign.)

• Glass containers are not permitted in the pool/patio area. Plastic or metal containers only.

• Children who are not toilet-trained and any person with incontinence issues must wear swim diapers.

• Chaise lounges must be covered with a towel or equivalent when sunbathing and cannot be “reserved.”

• Food, beverages, are prohibited in the pool and on the pool deck.

• All persons must be properly attired when going to and from the pool or beach.  (cover up, tops, and shoes)

• Visitors are allowed to use the pool only when accompanied by the unit owner.

• Cell phone courtesy is to be observed in the pool and patio area as well on lanais and balconies.

 
Other:

• Laundry, beach towels, bathing suits should not be placed on railing, porches or balconies for drying or airing.

• Hoses for removing excess sand are on the west end of the north and south buildings.

• Please clean the grill/area and utensils after each use.
